On the terrace of Rifugio Tognola, located at 2,200 metres asl in front of the marvellous panorama of Pale di San Martino, it is possible to enjoy one of the tasty typical dishes prepared by our chef at the Rifugio’s restaurant, renowned for its specialities in line with the zero-miles ingredient project.

The restaurant offers local delicacies from Primiero Valley, cooked with only fresh products and coming from the Valley’s local farms, as well as quicker dishes such as typical sandwiches with tosèla and sausage. Rifugio Tognola is a member of “Strada dei Formaggi delle Dolomiti” (Dolomites Cheese Route) and offers, on its menu, dishes prepared with Slow Food presidia.

Some local products of “Caseificio di Primiero” cheese factory are also available for direct sale, to take home a delicious souvenir of your day at high altitude.
